Shipping & Returns
If for any reason the product you receive is faulty or has become damaged during delivery please let us know, return the product to us and we will happily send you a new pack.
If you are unhappy with any products you order from us please let us know as soon as possible so we can try and find a solution.
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our product we are not able to offer refunds or replacements except where the goods are faulty.
If you appear to be under the age of 25 at the point of delivery, our delivery partner will check for ID. If you are unable to provide a valid proof of age showing that you are over 18 the driver will unfortunately be able to deliver your package. If this happens and it is a mistake, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and rectify the situation.
