A regular Muscadet is light, acidic and full of citrus fruit - but when they're aged on their lees (the remains of the yeast) they can take on big bread aromas and flavours. If you're into this style look for wines with Sur Lie. This is a particularly good example but they don't have to cost the earth. Like this from Majestic.
